Scott J. Alling

Co-Owner, Convivium Catering Inc.

With a long track record of running companies in the food
and beverage industry, Mr. Alling brings an eye for style
to all of Convivium’s events. Prior to Convivium, he has
owned event spaces, restaurants, and event production
companies. Mr. Alling is an active member of several
charitable organizations in which he consults on development,
community outreach and fund raising initiatives.
